This notice describes information used through this website by Enerforge Pty Ltd, ABN 77 702 417 963, trading as Enerforge.
What you choose to share
The project form asks for your name, email address, suburb or postcode and project type. A project description is optional for all enquiries. Depending on your residential goal, we also ask about existing equipment, electricity supply, battery priorities or the equipment you want to upgrade. Residential enquiries also require your phone number and property street address; these are optional for other project types. A business name is optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Preparing a project brief
Form details remain in the current browser page until you choose an action. Downloading a brief saves a text file on your device; it does not send the information to Enerforge. An email draft is sent only when you choose to send it in your email application.
Sending an enquiry
Where online submission is available, the details you submit are passed to HubSpot so Enerforge can store and review your enquiry and provide a response. Enerforge may use its email delivery provider to send the confirmation you requested. The form requests your consent before that information is sent.
Website operation
When enabled on the deployed site, Vercel Web Analytics collects website usage information, such as page views and referral sources, to help us understand how visitors use the site. We do not send enquiry form fields to analytics. This website does not include advertising trackers. The hosting service may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Fonts and website images are served with the site.
Your choices
You can leave the form without sending it. You can also contact Enerforge to ask about information you have submitted or request a correction or deletion, and you can unsubscribe from emails using the link in a message from us.
